In order to achieve the high competitiveness, Danareksa has developed structure and system of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with respect to Good Corporate Covernance principles and regulations and in accordance with the applicable best practices.
GCG implementation is a follow-up of Ministerial Decree No. SOE. 117/M-MBU/2002 dated July 31, 2002 which is then updated with the Minister of State Owned Enterprises No. PER- 01/MBU/2011 dated August 1, 2011 on the Implementation of Good Governance in SOEs, which states that “the SOEs shall carry out their operations by engaging to good corporate governance principles consisiting of transparency, accountanbility, responsibility, independence and fairness”. GCG functions as a guideline so that all decisions are taken based on high moral values, compliance to the applicable laws and rules and awareness of corporate social responsibility towards the stakeholders. Through the implementation of the Company’s GCG, it can optimize the performance of the Company, building the Company’s image, increasing customer confidence and Company’s stakeholders and ensuring the sustainable growth of the Company.
In the implementation stages, Danareksa’s GCG promotes the principles of transparency, independence, accountability, fairness and accountability. GCG is equipped with Company’s Code of Ethics, which contains guidelines for business ethics and work ethics for leaders, employees and stakeholders of the Company.
